Network Installation Technician Jobs in Iowa

Minimum 2 years AGV Experience

Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience

Good verbal and written communication skills

Commissioning of Automatic Guided Vehicles and Systems at customer sites

Training customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of vehicles and systems

Field documentation, including site/vehicle issue logs, daily site reports, etc.

Experience with network operations and network analysis tools. Packet capture and analysis skills desired.

Use knowledge base and mentorship opportunities to troubleshoot network related problems.

1-2+ years of experience working in an enterprise network.

Experience in network deployment and maintenance. Experience troubleshooting Cisco switching and wireless solutions. Experience troubleshooting connectivity issues including carrier services.

Experience provisioning and deprovisioning hardware and software including updating record keeping systems.

Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to complete operations and network documentation.

What are your key responsibilities?

Work with the customer to determine optimal system and equipment to meet their needs.

Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal reception required to establish service.

Evaluate the information provided and work with the customer to provide the best possible solution for their location.

Identify opportunities to improve the use and functionality of the customers system and provide those recommendations.
