Nephron Nitrile Document Control Specialist Jobs

Ensure that approved compliance policies, procedures and requirements are implemented or in place, as appropriate.

Review and collaborate with content creators to ensure their projects, programs or marketing activities consistently meet compliance requirement standards.

Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of experience or 5 to 7 years equivalent work experience.

Strong organizational skills; must be detailed-oriented.

Must have powerful editing/proofreading skills.

Results driven, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient, and timely manner.

Specific expertise, skills and knowledge within quality assurance gained through education and experience.

Communicate quality- related observations, issues, problems, discrepancies and any violations of company policies or procedures to QA Management or Designee.

Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical/medical device Quality Assurance/Production experience or 2 years related experience preferred. Knowledge of GMP preferred.

Good computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, internet, email and basic typing skills.

Good visual acuity and observation skills

Good written, oral and comprehensive communication skills

Keep management abreast of potential impact(s) to Nephron Nitrile of new or pending regulations and develop policy recommendations for management.

Physical/Chemical Wastewater operator certification or experience preferred.

Education may be substituted with experience and is otherwise negotiable.

Ability to assess environmental issues and present to management on these issues.

Providing leadership to the site for innovative techniques for cost effective implementation of requirements.

Assisting with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.

Provide support for the Quality Management System.

Utilization of Laboratory Information Management System (LabVantage), SharePoint, and TrackWise Digital® software systems. Prepare and verify batch records.

Organization and time management techniques using tools like Microsoft Outlook calendar, reminders, and task lists.

Assists with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
