Ongoing training and professional development

One (1) year customer service experience

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.

Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the exterior by operating a bicycle or company vehicle

Monitor alarm system and surveillance cameras

Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees and resolve complaints and issues involving both guests and employees

Previous experience in the call centre environment with high volume of inbound calls as well as some outbound calls.

Demonstrated understanding of personality differences and ability to manage challenging conversations.

Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
