Overview The National Programs Specialist California is responsible for providing support to the National Programs team in the areas of program development, implementation, and evaluation. This position is based in California and will report to the National Programs Manager. Detailed Job Description

The National Programs Specialist California will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing national programs in California, including identifying and engaging stakeholders, developing program materials, and coordinating program activities.
• Evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other partners.
• Developing and managing budgets for program activities.
• Developing and delivering presentations and training materials.
• Assisting with the development of grant proposals and reports.
• Assisting with the development of marketing and promotional materials.
• Assisting with the development of program evaluation tools.
• Assisting with the development of program policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the development of program reports and other documents.
• Assisting with the development of program databases and other information systems.
