• Developing and managing event budgets
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and sponsors
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure successful events
• Developing and implementing marketing plans for events
• Managing event logistics, including transportation, catering, and accommodations
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and sponsors
• Developing and implementing post-event evaluations
