The National Key Account Manager Junior is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts and customers. The National Key Account Manager Junior will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing relationships with key accounts and customers
• Analyzing customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs
• Working with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Developing and implementing customer service initiatives
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers
• Monitoring customer feedback and responding to customer inquiries
• Developing and maintaining customer databases
• Identifying new business opportunities
