The National Key Account Manager Junior is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts and customers. • Developing and managing relationships with key accounts and customers

• Working with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Developing and implementing customer service initiatives
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers
• Monitoring customer feedback and responding to customer inquiries
• Developing and maintaining customer databases
