5+ years of experience as an MySQL DBA on Linux platform

Solid knowledge of SQL, RDBMS structure and theory

Experience on design & architecting the MySQL environment using any framework like MariaDB, Galera Cluster or Percona XtraDB or InnoDB cluster

In-depth knowledge of MySQL backup/recovery and replication

Has excellent problem solving skills

Has impeccable communication skills (verbal and written)

Knows how to manage time and priorities
