Music Therapy Program Manager Jobs

Four (4) years of professional experience in program management.

Note: Experience and education may be substituted for one another on a year-for-year basis.

Monthly Salary: $5,416.67 - $5,833.34/mo

Performs technical, training, research, planning, program assessment, and administrative activities related to the Texas Music Incubator Program.

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business, accounting, music, marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of related experience

Ultimately develop and manage the Music analyst group, focusing on mentoring and education, while streamlining client analysis and deliverables.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, gather their requirements, and define metrics that help measure performance

Interact with internal and external clients to develop hypotheses, scope project requirements, formulate and execution analyses, and present results and recommendations.

5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or a related field, such as data science, business intelligence, or data analysis

3+ years of experience using statistical and computer languages (R, Python, SQL, Java, AWS, etc.)

Prior experience in relational databases required (both traditional and cloud-based environments)

Scope, design, and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives for therapy delivery and provider experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

You have experience working in the healthcare industry (payers and/or providers); experience in behavioral health care is a plus!

You have experience working with executive level stakeholders

You have strong professional written and verbal communication skills, presentation, attitude, and demeanor

Lead distinct strategic cross-functional projects by owning the project scope, driving a fast-paced timeline, and managing stakeholder relationships

Extensive experience working in program management roles working directly with software development teams.

Help establish a center of excellence in the Spotify program management community, contributing resources for a growing discipline.

You have direct experience working on programs that drive toward consumer-facing experiences at scale.

You have deep experience with programs that require expert handling of technical, legal, licensing, and UX dependencies.

You have practical experience with agile and lean values, principles, and techniques.

Understand and communicate complex engineering issues and ensure they are on a path for resolution.

Management of the Children's Music Fund Kids Network, engaging alumni, families, and partners regularly.

Manage enrollment process to qualify recipients for services and match with Music Therapists based on need and intake assessment.

Set, assign and distribute hours to each Music Therapist monthly, conditions and experience permitting.

Must be a board-certified Music Therapist and maintain current certification along with an American Music Therapy Association membership.

Oversight of Music Therapy Services which includes the program’s purpose, goals, objectives, and outcomes, both desired and to date.

Create and implement streamlined program processes and procedures, in accordance with industry best practices, including protected health information.
