Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator - Premiere Pro a plus).

Monitor and analyze multimedia performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Providing support for new initiatives.

Handle administrative responsibilities associated with projects, including project management, file organization, and archiving

Leadership — Problem-solving skills; managing team dynamics; Project management and budget management

Strong creative input, teamwork, project management, time management, and organizational skills

Knowledge and experience in working with aerial footage; FAA drone certified (preferred, but not required)

Knowledge and experience in audio editing and sound design, including editing voiceovers, producing, or selecting music, and applying sound effects

Manage project requests, project assignments, and stakeholder expectations

Management of equipment, maintenance, ordering.

Help manage staff schedules, assignments, equipment and budget in order to maximize our coverage abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or other related field or any combination of experience.

Five years of supervisory experience and more than 10 years as a photojournalist.

Demonstrated visual acumen in choosing photos for publication, with a wide-ranging knowledge of news, features and sports photo editing.

Experience with visual storytelling across multiple platforms, including the web, social platforms and third-party news apps.

Analyze systems, define transformation requirements, design suitable data models and document the design/specifications.

3+ years experience in the data warehouse space.

3+ years experience in custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance.

2+ years experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Clickhouse, etc.) .

2+ years experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.

3+ years experience in writing SQL statements.

This role will be remote with occasional production dates pending covid regulations.

Administrative task that may include but are not limited to Google sheet data entry

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledgeable about virtual reality devices and development

knowledgeable about virtual reality devices and development

Familiar with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom + Teams + Riverside)
