1-4 years Billing or A/R experience.

Experience with customer service and client communication.

Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.

This is an hourly role with a compensation range between $24-26 per hour depending on experience.

Preparing and sending accurate invoices.

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Strong Experience with Windows Server / Active Directory and Windows desktop administration in a domain environment

Azure AD administration experience (Azure VM administration exp a plus)

Able to self-manage deadlines, SLAs and service quality

Able to work closely with Engineers

Able to learn new technologies quickly

3+ years experience in administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based environments

2+ years Managed Service Provider experience required.

Office 365 and Microsoft Azure experience

Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare

Configure and install various computer and Windows servers

Support, configure, and upgrade corporate customer’s networks (routers/switches/firewalls) and in house servers

1+ years experience working for a Managed or Cloud Service Provider

Experience with ConnectWise or Kaseya a major plus!

Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in; servers, routers/switches/firewalls.

Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)

Security Monitoring, Assessment and Remediation.

3+ Years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED***

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server

Experience with Virtualization technologies VMWare and Hyper-V

Experience with cloud based technology (Microsoft Azure)

Implement end to end solutions for SMB clients including Servers, Routers, Switches, Security

Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and consult clients on technology/ improvements
