5+ years Technical Experience / Knowledge in the aerospace, airline or MRO industry specific to Delta Technical Operations’ capabilities is required.

Strong project management skills for delivering exceptional customer service.

A&P license or experience as a Lead, Foreman, or Product Line Manager in a technical/production based environment is highly preferred.

Communicate with customer contract requirements including; logistics, scheduling, engineering, documentation, contacts, hold days, materials, etc.

Primary point of contact for customer managing all service delivery requirement aspects.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance or related field is required.

Strong organizational skills and time management.

Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in a procurement role with managerial responsibility.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients or customers.

• 5 years of experience as a GM position in engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility.

• 5 years’ experience of P&L accountability

• Knowledge and extensive use of lean principles and “Agile” philosophy at an operational level

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly desired

• Prior Experience leading the implementation of new technology & system.

• Provide input to process improvement initiatives - leads and participates in corrective action teams.

A minimum of 7 years of strategic sourcing and category management experience

Degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management or other applicable field

Participate in category councils and business reviews to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, opportunity identification, and overall relationship development.

Previous experience in a client facing / consultative role

You will manage a program of supply chain projects for the category / categories to meet business requirements.

You will manage supplier relationships to meet cost and supplier performance requirements.

Knowledge of electrical/electronic, general purpose and precision measuring test equipment and associated calibration requirements.

Complete knowledge of shop processes to include Foreign Object

Damage/Debris (FOD) prevention, material handling, safety, calibration requirements and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).

Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes and practices (e.g., unplanned event system, technical orders, kitting, overhaul and depot support).

Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).

Knowledge of enterprise resource systems to include supply databases, shipping receiving, warranties and inventory management tools/processes.

General supervision and instructions given for routine work, and

Detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.

Errors may be detected and corrected but may cause moderate loss of time or customer/user dissatisfaction.

Ability to perform varied administrative activities such as data input, record or log keeping, information monitoring and follow-up, etc.

Ability to operate typical warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, turret truck, stock picker).

5+ years of experience in management with healthcare management or veterinary practice experience preferred.

Knowledge of practice management processes, efficiencies, standards, metrics, and benchmarks.

Knowledge of veterinary practice management software, such as AVImark, is preferred.

Previous multi-site and/or project management experience.

Utilizes time management skills to manage priorities of multiple hospitals within the region.

Utilizes practice management software and NVA support systems. Ensures proper staff scheduling and optimization.

Procure all other supplies, parts, equipment, and services as directed by plant management

Assist in the management of critical parts storeroom and other non-critical parts inventory as needed including cleanliness and orderliness

Other projects and duties as assigned by plant management

Help investigate procurement alternatives as needed by managers and supervisors

Follow all SOP’s and meet all customer requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization

MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience/ knowledge

Manage corporate sourcing process end-to-end, including hedging strategy, trigger points, sourcing of renewable energy, etc. within the assigned category spend

Lead and manage multi-functional stakeholder teams on specific strategic sourcing initiatives or projects within the assigned category spend

Significant experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

Strong experience within the assigned category spend group

Strong experience in Procurement processes

Knowledge of and experience using ERP systems.

Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.

Identify preferred suppliers and develop a contract and work strategy for minimum qualifications.

Review Category component pricing and rebate monthly to ensure accuracy between supplier quotes, ERP/TabWare system, Finance Department and Buyer execution.

Use ERP/TabWare computer software to manage material pricing, generate reports, create forecasts, and manage supplier scorecards.

Work closely with the Buyers and Finance Department to ensure pricing accuracy, best buying practices, and implementation of best negotiated prices.
