COMPETITIVE PAY- Flag Hour Rate based on your experience level, work history, and certifications

$17-$50 per flag hour to start commensurate with years of experience and skillset

MMI Graduate Preferred and Manufacturer Certifications Preferred

Current motorcycle license is required and completion of an authorized training program or equivalent technician work experience is highly preferred

Track record of providing prompt, dependable, high quality service to both internal and external customers

Detail oriented and quality focused

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with delivery and/or towing

Loading and unloading motorcycles on and off of large trailers

Drive loaded/unloaded trailers to and hub and spoke ER locations to fill operational needs

Check condition of units at pick up and drop off and maintaining basic reports. (mileage logs and bills of lading)

Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable

$22-$35 per flag hour to start commensurate with years experience and skillset

SIGN ON BONUS- Sign-on bonus based on experience level- $1500-$5000!

Experience and skill in riding multiple styles of motorcyles

Delivery/Pickup of motorcycles, ATV, SxS's and more to our clients

Properly checking in and stocking of all equipment accurately

Perform safe and proper loading and unloading of equipment

5-day week, with management’s option of 6 days during seasonal periods of high volume

Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned vehicles.

Manage Social Media, creating and posting content to promote sales and fun happenings within the shop – have fun with it!

Work with Service Manager to review Daily Service Appointments for New Vehicle Sales opportunities and or Demo Rides.

Attain Weekly Student class list from Riding Academy Manager, ensure all students are in CRM system.

3 years preferred of progressive experience within the sales department of a motor vehicle dealership.

Competitive pay commensurate with experience, skillset, and certifications that you present! ($13-16/hour)

Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus

Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)

Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred

Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner

Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
