Experience working on job creation programmes and knowledge of the key data quality risks in job creation programmes preferable.

Demonstrated experience in conducting data quality assurance processes, including results validation/verification for results self-reported by partners.

Substantive knowledge and working experience on programming and/or policies on ending violence against women highly desirable;

Senior level MEL managerial experience in international development focused on the global south

Language skills in French, Portuguese, and/or Spanish or any second language is an advantage.

A Master’s degree (in a relevant field, such as international development, M&E, social sciences, education, democracy and governance, etc.);

Qualitative and/or quantitative evaluation skills, including sample design, mixed method designs, data analysis and instrument development;

At least 3 years’ experience in an inter-cultural and multi-sectoral environment;

Good writing and research skills; conducts research from all open sources such, as libraries and the internet;
