Job Title: Junior Research Analyst

We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and a solid work ethic to assist a team of professionals in Research and Evaluation projects and tasks. The Junior Research Analyst will assist with evaluation design, implementation, analysis, and dissemination, including mixed methodologies and approaches across diverse content, clients, and stakeholders.


Your Future Research Analyst Duties


  • Analyze large data sets using appropriate statistical methods, as well as qualitative data using content analysis, thematic analysis, and other relevant methods.
  • Design process, outcome, and impact evaluations using a range of evaluation approaches and methods.
  • Manage your time and resources to produce project deliverables effectively and efficiently for various audiences, including evaluation reports, dashboards, and data visuals.
  • Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Collaborate with and meet the needs of a diverse set of federal agency clientele.


Responsibilities


  • Assist with Qualitative and Quantitative evaluation analysis.
  • Assist with data analysis and complex problem-solving methodologies.
  • Assist with various evaluation methodologies.
  • Assist with various evaluations and data collection efforts.
  • Assist the Research and Evaluation team with writing proposals.
  • Document design, development, testing and deployment of artifacts.
