Background Check - An offer of employment is contingent on a satisfactory pre-employment background check.

Operate 20 horsepower rotary mowers.

Operate various utility tractors and vehicles such as 2x4 & 2x6 Gators, Man Lift, etc.

Routine general inspections, maintenance, cleaning, etc., to motor pool and shop vehicles

Pressure wash exterior of buildings

Edging, weed eating, blowing off grass & other debris from sidewalks, entrances of buildings, parking lots, etc.

High School Diploma plus 2 or more years driving experience.

Must meet all DOT pre-employment requirements.

Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and possession of a valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Material and Passenger Endorsements.

Experience with basic computer software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to operate mobile devices (iPad, iPhone).

Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship
