Experience writing for online mediums (blogs, etc)

Experience with WordPress, though not necessary

Experience writing for online MMA blogs/websites already, though not completely necessary

A genuine active passion for mixed martial arts (e.g. UFC and beyond)

Can write clearly and in an entertaining way

Have your own social activity in the MMA space

10 to 15 years’ experience in marketing analytics strategy or marketing consulting, in a client-facing role; client-side experience a plus

Proven track-record of delivering against revenue requirements via upsell/cross-sell among existing client relationships, as well as new client acquisition

Leadership of both clients and internal staff, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage successful teams

Thrives in fast-paced environments and especially skilled in multi-tasking across a sizable client portfolio

Revenue Accountability: Grow the base revenue of your portfolio through both existing and new client growth YOY.

Project Delivery: Enable and enforce on-time and quality deliverables for clients.

Minimum of 5 year’s Commercial Insurance industry experience to include supervisory/management experience

Working knowledge of Sagitta Agency Management System and ImageRight document management system, or willingness to learn

Assists or completes other tasks as directed by agency management

College degree; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

Possess skills necessary to communicate with clients, carriers and prospects concerning lines of coverage
