7+ years of experience in a FP&A role for a private, early-stage company in the life sciences/biotech industry.

Strong preference for prior experience across private and public companies.

Experience working in a fast-growing startup

Experience using Netsuite and NSBP preferred.

Lead budgeting for capital finance and risk management, optimizing operational plans within budget and statutory requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or finance-specific certification preferred.

Drive financial sustainability through enrollment, facility openings, closures, and property management.

Lead treasury function in maximizing investment returns, cash management, debt, and lending.

Present information to stakeholder committees, community leaders, and organizational management regarding capital financial plans.

Monitor regulatory requirements, legislative impacts, and adhere to GASB guidelines.
