Assure new hire effectively adapts to the company culture, work schedule, necessary tools and systems, and specific work responsibilities.

Ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex issues and use deductive reasoning to assess multi-faceted questions and problems.

Experience working with internal policies and procedures.

Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make connections in writing and verbally on the phone.

Experience resolving complex issues utilizing external resources and escalating internally when appropriate.

Knowledge and ability to operate modern devices (smartphone, tablet, computer) and use Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Offer presentations to address social skills development and social emotional learning that is crucial for childhood early development.

MRR-MFLCs will also benefit from:

Face-to-face counseling to military service members and their families (Individual, Couples, Family, and Children).

Visibility at assignment, supporting military-connected students, parents, and staff.

Promote creativity and positivity through approved materials.

Build rapport with service members, spouses, and children by attending installation and community events.

Provides training and health and wellness presentations, participate in health fairs and other base/installation activities.
