Overview Meter Specialists are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric, gas, and water meters. They work with customers to ensure that their meters are functioning properly and accurately. They also provide technical support to customers and other personnel. Detailed Job Description Meter Specialists are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric, gas, and water meters. They must be knowledgeable in the operation of all types of meters and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. They must be able to read and interpret meter readings and be able to identify any discrepancies. Meter Specialists must also be able to install and program new meters, as well as replace existing meters. They must be able to provide technical support to customers and other personnel, as well as provide customer service. Job Skills Required
