The Merchant Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the merchant’s operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Merchant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a merchant business. This includes managing the merchant’s financials, customer service, product development, marketing, and other operational activities. The Merchant Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the merchant’s operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Merchant Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to ensure the merchant’s success. This includes developing and managing budgets, creating and managing processes and procedures, and ensuring that the merchant’s operations are efficient and cost-effective.
