Be the subject matter expert on compliance with benefits processes, reporting, audits, and corresponding government regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, HSA, FSAs, etc.)

Develop and deliver external, client-based education training series and compliance material both independently and in collaboration with First Dollar staff
