Assist Merchants to organize assortments aligned to overall department strategy, resulting in increased earnings 

You possess excellent people and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.

You are able to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers and senior management.

You are self-motivated, succeed in high-performance cultures and dynamic environments, and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Support the Merchant Communications team in managing B2B campaigns, such as partner announcements, product or data storytelling initiatives, and trade events.

Understand the merchant business to advise and partner with internal teams on programs for DoorDash merchants.

Engage with and get to know merchants to discover strong storytellers and brand advocates.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Process all info into the production management system, including style set-up, costing, and margins.

Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including product development, sourcing, pricing, and promotion.

Manage sample orders with vendors for new products to present to the Director of Jewelry for final review and approval.

Graduate Gemologist (GG) or similar certification preferred.

Knowledge of jewelry and jewelry manufacturing necessary.

Participate in inventory management and control with planning and distribution teams
