Experience in Mental Health Treatment: Bring prior experience in mental health/mood disorder programming, preferrably in residential or outpatient setting

Strong clinical skills in motivation interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapist, dialectical behavioral therapist, and documentation.

Continued Education and CEU support: Expanding your professional development.

Assist staff with supervising resident trust fund and money management as needed

Participate in educational trainings and in-services provided by the community

Maintain knowledge of current goals/objectives that each resident is working on and encouraging the resident to do so

Possess a minimum of one-year experience in a social service position and/or an

Mental Health Tech *$1,000 Sign On Bonus!*
