About The Role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work at our Teen & Young Adult outpatient Treatment Center, a state-of-the-art facility that offers evidence-based and holistic treatment programs for young adults aged 18 to 30 in our PHP programming. You will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to clients in the program, such as group therapy, individual therapy, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. You will also collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, such as psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and peer specialists.

Who You Are


  • Licensed Clinician: Possess a master's degree in a relevant field and hold the required licensure, such as (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMSW, MFTC)
  • Strong clinical skills in motivation interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapist, dialectical behavioral therapist, and documentation.
  • Experience in Mental Health Treatment: Bring prior experience in mental health/mood disorder programming, preferrably in residential or outpatient setting
  • Collaborative Attitude: A team player who is dedicated to actively engaging in our mission to foster positive change.
