Work with the Visitor Services Manager to train and assist new Visitor Services Associates
Give feedback about the Museum and ticketing policies to department managers for process/procedure improvements
Minimum six (6) months cashier and customer service experience

Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of POS software management and Raiser’s Edge and ATMS software preferred.
Helps members and non-members with account management.
High school diploma / GED and/or combination of education and equivalent experience is required.
Creates bookings and process sales for general admission, classes, tours, and events offered at Denver Botanic Gardens.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
