·Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Collaboration with the Manager of Annual Conference and Programs:

·Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, membership growth, or related field

·Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others

·Knowledge of best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and social media marketing
