Membership And Events Specialist Jobs in Arkansas

Associate degree or 2 years of recent experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (Required)

1 year of experience as a Membership Specialist I or in a role with reconciliation experience (Required)

Must have proficient skill using Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications

3 days will be phone shift work

Identify, resolve, and document complex reconciliation discrepancies, process refunds, request transfer of premiums, reinstatements, and insufficient fund issues

Process new enrollment or eligibility changes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive notes
