Create and send out a bi-weekly staff newsletter and communicate content to all members of the Recreational Sports Management Team (RSMT).
Manage towel service operations including inventory, purchasing, cancellations, collection of past dues, and monthly reporting.
Perform Member Services and POC staff frontline responsibilities as appropriate.
High school diploma or GED along with 2+ years related industry experience required.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills with the ability to motivate others.
Collect staff availability and assist with the monthly frontline Member Services schedule.
