Medical Unit Clerk Jobs in Iowa

Must have three years of related driving experience.

Must have good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Must have a Texas Commercial Class A or B Driver License.

Must be able to pass the CPR training course within three months of employment from one of the following:

Must be able to maintain a driving record that meets the criteria established by Parkland personnel policy.

Must be able to work flexible hours and be available for on-call duty.

Experience working knowledge of computers with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred. Good verbal communication skills.

Making copies of correspondence and other printed matter as required by manager.

Assisting with department/facility accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and responsibilities as needed.

Assists with month-end reporting requirements

Coordinates transfer placements and confirmations along with Clinical Manager.

Ensures data entry has been completed for Crown Web. Related to ESRD 2728. ESRD 2746 and PART.

Manage multiple assignments and provide quick reaction and immediate response to emergencies

Strong communication skills and a tolerance for an active work environment with potential for negative behavior

Any combination of clerical experience and/or health care experience which totals two years.

6 months of clerical experience
