They ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They also provide administrative support to medical staff and other departments. Duties and Responsibilities• Maintain and organize medical records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records
• Provide administrative support to medical staff and other departments
• Assist with filing, scanning, and other clerical duties
• Respond to requests for medical records
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Monitor and update medical records as needed
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in medical records management (preferred)
