Ability to retain knowledge from past training and experience as well as comprehend and retain new training and learning experiences.

Knowledge of general insurance requirements and processes.

Ability to converse and respond to common inquiries from senior management as well as all other internal customers.

Minimum 2 years of experience in medical claims billing and insurance follow-up required, to include resolving billing claim edits.

Experience working directly with EOBs, contractual adjustments, and denial remittances.

Working knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is required.
