Medical Equipment Delivery Technician Jobs in Texas

Possess computer and networking knowledge with the ability to use that knowledge in interfacing medical systems when required.

Prioritizes repairs and preventive maintenance duties and keeps departments notified of the status of their equipment repairs and preventive maintenance requirements.

Completes required paperwork to meet JCAHO requirements. Documentation will include equipment control records, inspection reports, and service reports.

Bio Medical Equipment Technician 1 Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Must have proficient computer skills, ideally with experience using SAP, Oracle or equivalent ERP system, Warehouse Management System.

Education / Experience / Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 1 year of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience.

Required to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT certification.

Must have a thorough knowledge of applicable Federal Regulations (cGMP, DOT, IATA, OSHA)

Good written and oral communication skills

Have customer service experience. Prior work experience in hospital setting is helpful.

What Skills You Will Use in This Role

Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, keeping customers informed on the features and functionality of the equipment

Be 21 years of age or older, with high school diploma or equivalent.

Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.

Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.

Coordinate existing-to-reuse equipment decision making including inventory management and reuse strategies.

Work closely with design teams, construction teams, and client leadership teams to manage project equipment budgets and schedules.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader/Bluebeam required. Experience with AutoCAD/ Revit preferred.
