Medical Delivery Driver Jobs in Iowa

Must have proficient computer skills, ideally with experience using SAP, Oracle or equivalent ERP system, Warehouse Management System.

Education / Experience / Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 1-year Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) driving experience.

Required to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT certification.

Must have a thorough knowledge of applicable Federal Regulations (cGMP, DOT, IATA, OSHA)

Good written and oral communication skills

Independent Contractor Medical Delivery Driver

Must pass a drug test and background/dmv check.

-Having a valid business license in the state of Washington or willing to get one

-Must be 21 years of age or older

-Having a reliable smart phone and data plan

-Having a valid Washington State Drivers License and Social Security Card

0+ Years of experience required

Delivery, warehouse, inventory, logistics, customer service, or medical field experience preferred

Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return)

Arrange merchandise at customer locations

Read maps, and route configuration

Drive vehicle in order to deliver medical supplies

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the vans assigned to the program.

Coordinates off campus medical trips with cottages and health center staff.

Transports residents for scheduled medical evaluations and provide support and supervision during appointment.

Receive correct follow-up instructions for further medical evaluation that may be needed and report these instructions to appropriate Health Center personnel.

Maintains communication with Health Center via cell telephone.

Provides missed meals for residents.
