Track and provide tactical support for the execution and implementation of key initiatives and projects

Assist the Business Manager with the necessary support for expense/revenue accruals and other accounting-close requirements

Work with internal staff and external producers/vendors to ensure compliance with GBH policies and funder requirements.

Proven ability to set priorities, manage deadlines and generate accurate and detailed reports.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Timely and accurate completion of key tasks in Purchasing, Billing, and Payroll

Work closely with suppliers/vendors and Accounting to set up suppliers as part of the Payment Automation project.

Manages recall, physician scheduling group inbox, message box, or any other special communication assignments as assigned.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A minimum of one year experience successfully working with the public with minimal supervision.

Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

One year or 32 credits of college and/or training or equivalent experience in a related field.

The ability to work positively with all levels of clinical staff in completion of job responsibilities.

Experience with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance coverage.

Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD 10and CPT codes. eCW or other EHR experience desirable.
