Provide Project Management oversight for all aspects of a project from initiation to close-out.
Maintain project records and updates in Maximo, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Work with customer Subject Matter Experts and in-house Craft Technicians to properly scope projects to resolve deficiencies and maximize benefit-cost ratio.
Coordinate and work with in-house technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to successfully deliver projects.
Perform construction estimates for installation, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects.
Provide/contract engineering and design services, as required, to obtain NASA Construction Permits.
