Sap Materials Management Business Analyst Jobs

Drafts initial requirements and breaks down larger scope into smaller pieces if needed.

Gathers and documents functional business requirements to be consumed by the business and technical teams for non custom development projects.

Produce quality deliverables such as scope of work, business requirement document, process workflows, specifications document, test plans, and training plans.

Follow-up on the requirements lifecycle with traceability from business requirements to testing.

Support the Project or Delivery Manager in the execution of the project or initiative.

0-2 years experience as an Application Analyst and or Business Analyst (IT).

Key Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:

Knowledge of the PS module (WBS part) and/or mini-master of HR and CATS is a plus.

Knowledge of APIs and Core Data Services (SAP CDS) in S/4 HANA is a plus.

Practical experience in SAP S/4 Hana migrations is a plus.

Experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle implementations and rollouts.

Knowledge of APS/MES applications and processes (linked to ERP)

Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.

Experience as an SAP Business Analyst with strong emphasis on documentation.

Proven ability to create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Strong understanding of business processes and their interaction with SAP systems.

More than 1 year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.

Maintains and updates information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients.

Coordinates the flow of limited materials management related information between and among internal and external recipients.

More than 1 year of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Substantial knowledge and experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) is required.

Document all system changes per the IT change management process, including requirements, business approvals, status updates, and testing evidence.

Experience with SAP ECC Materials Management (MM) (i.e., Inventory Management, MRP, Material Masters), Quality Management, Transportation and Warehouse Management.

Is a subject matter expert on SAP ECC Materials Management and Ariba, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance business processes.

Proactive, detail-oriented, takes the initiative to drive to problem resolution. Possess a thorough understanding of IT project management principles.

Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems, including the Ariba Business Network.
