Responsible for the day to day operational functions: order management, in house fabrication of orders, coordinate incoming and outgoing loads.

This key position will report directly to CEO and COO. Compensation based upon skills/experience.

Manage order processing through selection/pulling order, fabrication and loading while maintaining our high standard of quality control and safety

Previous cost management experience and a background in business fundamentals and business financial knowledge is preferred

Part sourcing & procurement (negotiation skills)

Represents PMO concerns to Procurement, translates priorities to Buyers/SCAs and their Management.

Oversees the development of project plan(s) and manages resources to ensure project schedule, budget, quality and specification goals are attained.

Represents Procurement requirements and concerns to PMO.

Strong analytical, communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.

Proactively mitigates schedule risk due to parts/Supply Chain issues; identify and develop mitigation strategies/options.

Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet procurement goals and objectives.

Experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain management best practices, materials management, and MRP/ERP systems.

Manage forecast weekly and load into ERP system.

You have prior experience with warehouse/inventory and/or yard maintenance

You may have prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with underground utilities

You have basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner

You have basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment in a safe manner

Purchase, receive, and store bulk materials properly

Organize & Maintain cleanliness of Shop & Yard

Facilitate truck maintenance & trailers (along with other equipment)

Oversee material waste and dumpster pickups

Daily deliveries to jobsites (if & when required)

Serves as manager of Cycle Counter(s)

Preferred bachelor degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Minimum of two years of experience managing inventory or experience in manufacturing.

Minimum of two years of experience managing and supervising other employees.

Working knowledge of panel and lumber grades, different species, etc.

Working knowledge of lumber math and business math

Manage continuous process of yard integrity while performing on-going space utilization analysis working with strategy and optimization team.
