3+ years of Manufacturing OR Logistics Engineering experience within a manufacturing setting

OR Associates with 6+ years of Manufacturing OR Logistics Engineering experience within a manufacturing setting

Ability to demonstrate in-depth problem-solving skills, including delivering safety, quality, delivering, and cost results using continuous improvement/lean tools and process methodologies.

Strong attention to detail and collaborative communication skills required to engage employees at all levels of the organization.

Coordinate with other departments on daily scheduling and prioritization of grey-iron machining and fabrication production.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Logistics/Supply Chain or other closely related technical field of study.
