Wash, cut and/or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry and/or seafood to prepare for use.

You have 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience

You have a current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law

Set the course – Foster cleanliness, sanitizing tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment

Support your crew – Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards

You have a high school diploma or GED

Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

Basic knife skills and Culinary experience a plus.

1+ year of high volume restaurant experience, in the front or back of house

1+ years of experience in a similar role at a moderate to high volume restaurant, or Culinary Arts degree

Perform opening duties to required standards: cleaning, setting up, and detailing the dining spaces and service stations

Provide support to the front line, following guidelines given by management.

Does this position have authority to formulate, affect, interpret, or implement management policies or operating practices?

Perform advanced knife skills (i.e. roll cut, brunoise, macedoine) in the preparation and production of food items.

Associates degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience required.

Possess complete knowledge and timely execution of all food menus/recipes – including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
