10-weeks of marketing experience on a core marketing function including but not limited to brand, innovation, shopper marketing, sports marketing

Relevant marketing experience (on-or-off campus; either through part time jobs, academic clubs, or volunteer experiences)

Unique experiences that demonstrate creative instinct, passion for marketing and deep consumer empathy

Strong analytical skillset with ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions to complex problems

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:

Support the team with community management, updating FAQs, etc.

Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

• 6 months+ experience as a Social Media or Graphic designer at an agency or in-house

• Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Good copywriting and proofreading skills in English and Spanish

• Effective communication skills to allow you to clearly articulate your designs and strategies

Someone great at research with a vast knowledge of the music industry, TikTok, and social media marketing

Someone with excellent grammar/writing skills

MEmusic Remote Internship Summer/Fall 2023

- Skilled in social media marketing, specifically TikTok

- Must be available 15 hours a week working remotely

Someone super detail-oriented who lives for creating playlists and content calendars

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Ability to work remotely and commit to a part-time schedule.

Gain valuable hands-on experience in developing and executing an influencer marketing strategy.

Conduct research to identify key influencers in the local market and develop a strategy for how to build relationships with them.

Assist in the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns tailored to the target demographic.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with data and/or design programs is a plus

Remote position with option to work from our Chicago office

Perform marketing analyses, develop target customer personas and identify key competitors.

Develop content and messaging that addresses audience needs and communicates a product’s unique value proposition.

Drive the execution of recommended marketing tactics.

Fine tune skills in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop as well as Microsoft Office PowerPoint/Excel.

Further develop writing skills for various content including collateral, social, web.

Interest, coursework and/or experience in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with marketing team, sales, strategic departments.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines

Implement campaigns through digital marketing channels and social media

Monitor social media conversations, working with support team to respond as needed

Research new opportunities to reach our audience through content distribution

Support partnership campaigns by managing assets and implementation

Analyze/understand target audience(s) and how/where to best reach them

Learn and assist in email production and campaign management through ESP/marketing

Complete internship program with marketing experience

Gain experience in a startup environment AND the toy industry
