The Marketing Procurement Intern – Spring 2023 will be responsible for assisting the Procurement team in the procurement of marketing materials and services. The intern will be responsible for researching vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process.

The Marketing Procurement Intern – Spring 2023 will be responsible for:

• Researching and evaluating potential vendors for marketing materials and services
• Negotiating contracts with vendors
• Managing the procurement process from start to finish
• Working with the Procurement team to ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assisting with the development of procurement strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
• Assisting with the development of reports and presentations
