Consumer Insights, Measurement, & Analytics (CIMA) is a team within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) that is focused on influencing decision making with integrated, objective, and actionable insights.

A Day in The Life...

Within CIMA, the Marketing Analytics & Insights (MAI) team provides objective assessments of WDPR marketing to inform strategy, understand performance, optimize investment, and maximize business impact. This internship will support the team with current projects.

  • Contextualize complicated data analysis into digestible and actionable presentations.
  • Manage media spend tracking for worldwide sites.
  • Interpret media and marketing effectiveness key performance indicators.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of Marketing programs while delivering insights to improve results.
  • Proactively partner with stakeholders within the MAI team, CIMA organization and other key lines of business to compile, analyze, and validate processes and data.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and with a variety of partners at all levels.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to ask questions to gain understanding, partner with others, and deal with differing points of view.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint.

Required Education:

  • To be eligible for this internship you must be a senior or a recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date) pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, or other related quantitative field.

Additional Information:

  • Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2024 – June 2024.
  • Must be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months of application date OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship.

  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
