3+ years’ copywriting experience writing copy across marketing channels, with a focus on eCommerce.

Portfolio to example your skills and tone of voice.

Expert proofreading skills: spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Perform community management to share WOKEN content across a variety of social platforms

Manage and execute on a variety of marketing/growth activities to drive brand awareness and growth for WOKEN

-Executed on marketing efforts independently for a startup; preferably has experience with D2C and/or SaaS models

2+ years’ experience in project management, digital marketing, or a similar role

Strong organizational and project management skills

Working knowledge of project management software

Input and track active projects in Workfront, our project management system

Track and communicate project status, issues, risks, and decisions to colleagues, and senior management as needed

Professional work experience in the education and/or education technology field

Develop and implement emergency and crisis management procedures.

Provide direct security management operation support such as vendor management.

Provide analysis support in reviewing business operations and invoice data with a solid understanding of security management.

Manage assets, supplies, insurance, vehicles, and equipment.

Develop and implement safety and security programs to mitigate potential risks

Build seamless and effective end-to-end user experiences and ensure that project outcomes are widely adopted and understood through enablement and documentation.

Supervise campaign performance metrics and collaborate with campaign managers to test and optimize campaigns and improve engagement rates.

Hands-on experience managing Eloqua and Salesforce, building sophisticated programs at scale. Proven experience in demand generation and marketing operations.

Craft email nurture campaigns and audience segmentation as well as activating and pulling existing data from Eloqua.

Enable business end-users on platform and process changes and enforce process adherence.

Comfortable with driving technical conversations and presenting the information to non-technical business users.
