Job Title: Marketing Campaign Operations Volunteer (Unpaid)

Charm Life LLC is seeking passionate and motivated individuals for the role of Marketing Campaign Operations Volunteer.

Please note that this is an unpaid volunteer role.

Collaborate with end users to define user requirements, acceptance criteria and develop/manage marketing operations’ requests

2+ years of experience in Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot; Marketo Expert Certification preferred

Manage end-to-end regression testing and Q/A for and ensure timely delivery of request as defined in service-level agreements and sprint cycles

Ensure email and landing page best practices are in place for data security and GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance requirements

4+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar technical functions (e.g. Sales Ops, Business Ops)

2+ year experience with Salesforce (strongly preferred managing campaign tracking and building reports & dashboards)

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Other duties as assigned by manger to support the marketing department, with emphasis on customer service and data entry/analysis.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a good sense for analytics, pivot tables, finance, presentation, layout, and design.

2+ years of customer service and/or sales communication experience

2 years+ of accounts payable experience.
