The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of WordPress.

3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in an agency environment.

1-3 years brand management experience, preferably with beauty industry-related experience.

Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience.

Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external sales, distributors and management teams.

Follow up on campaigns, launches and sales results to provide Senior Management team with regular quantitative and qualitative reporting/presentations.

Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Strong execution and consensus building/decision making skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication

3 - 5 years relevant work experience

Strong written and oral skills

Have a deep understanding of the company's products and goals

Work cross-functionally with different organizations

Create and implement compelling marketing content

Be the customer marketing representative with category management teams leading conversations on seasonal resets

Gain knowledge of customer strategic objective as well as brand marketing priorities, and craft full year customer marketing plans at account

Develop deep knowledge of NYX PMU brand and respective accounts, to develop mutually beneficial marketing and sales plans

Serve as a leader amongst cross functional partners (BBD, Sales, Creative, Marketing, Finance etc) to work together on crafting go-to-market plans

Ability to manage expectations up/down in organization
