Account Management experience (1-2 years preferred)

Partner with account team and Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to identify store level selling opportunities

Conduct market manager/customer meetings as required

Manage expenses in a fiscally responsible manner

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years related work experience

3-5 years retail experience consistently achieving or exceeding goals and KPI objectives required

Excel in time management and follow-up skills

Current nationally recognized personal training certifications; ACSM-HFS or NSCA-CSCS (preferred), ACE-PT, NASM or acceptable national certification

Acceptance into 20/20 Lifestyles certification program, and successful completion of program required within first year of position

Current advanced CPR/AED & First Aid Certification (from either Red Cross or American Heart Association)

Ability to provide memorable experiences with 5-Star customer service and hospitality

Excellent people and relationship building skills
