Market Practice Operations Manager Jobs

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

3-9+ years of consulting, retail, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of financial statements and KPIs

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable in ambiguous situations, adaptable, and can lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Willingness to travel within the greater Chicagoland area and work face-to-face with a variety of stakeholders and partners

Demonstrated proficiency in project management skills including planning and executing technical and operational project activities with cross-functional teams.

Monitor clinic manager dashboard including, but not limited to: Front Desk, Scheduling, Referrals, In Basket management, etc.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and experience

Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality according to HIPAA requirements at all times.

A minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Must successfully complete systems training requirements.

Minimum 5 years experience in a management/training position

Familiarity with insurance billing, operations and management

Experience and proven success in developing and implementing systems

Strong leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and site/cost center based management

Multi site management experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree OR related equivalent experience in health care or business administration.

Knowledge of third party payers

Strong communication skills at all levels, including provider relations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR’s
