Coordinating administrative activities such as bus pass orders, vanpool incentive programs and general office management

Supporting membership growth among local employers and property managers

Representing the TMOs at community events (online and/or in person)

Acting as a liaison with TMO members and stakeholders

Designing email marketing and social media campaigns

Supporting and advocating for transportation projects in Burbank and Glendale

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in a luxury setting.

Have excellent communication and organization skills.

The Barback reports directly to the Food & Beverage Managers.

Willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation.

Able to work together with other colleagues.
