Manufacturing Warehouse Associate Jobs in Iowa

Bachelor Degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience

Posses a working knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications

Input material request to process scrap registration into system.

Input supplier defect into system and work cross-functional to process the defect and remove from the area

Audit time check input into system (Input if missing data from field side)

Register manpower daily into system to generate KPI information

Ensures knowledge and ability to make, and or operate plant machinery;

Minimum of 3 years' manufacturing experience;

Must possess Forklift Certification within 30 days as required;

May train new personnel in all operating, quality, and safety procedures;

Actively pursues preventative maintenance on equipment and may request required personnel;

Provides feedback to manager on recommendations for procedural and process improvements.

Utilizes process knowledge to influence positive change during the review and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Experience with operating automated manufacturing control systems is preferred.

Experience utilizing parts washers and autoclaves for the preparation of manufacturing and/or laboratory equipment.

Strong working knowledge of Good Documentation and current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Must join/be a member of USW Local 264 and meet/sustain requirements of the current appliable Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Operate forklift and/or other equipment within department.

General housekeeping and snow removal.

Clean screens, trenches, equipment, etc. as needed.

Record and document as necessary.

Learn new skills, procedures and processes as assigned by management and continue to develop expertise.

Support materials management from goods receipt and labeling, through to final delivery of all Raw Materials, Operating and Non-Operating Supplies.

Be accountable for maintaining a working knowledge of basic cGMP requirements to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.

Support schedule adjustments to meet production, material receipt, and shipping requirements; Review visual schedule.

Offer suggestions and follow up on process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, yield, and productivity.

Practice good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven logic and decision-making abilities, and critical thinking skills

Attain qualification for all assigned tasks and maintain an individual training plan.

High School Diploma or Equivalent with experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate years’ experience in manufacturing biotechnology products; (More advanced Years’ experience without AS/BS); GMP setting

Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as monitoring pH, conductivity, test product samples, etc.
